I had the pleasure of photographing the latest Women in Tech & Entrepreneurship event held at Batch in Fort Lauderdale. It was an inspiring gathering of ambitious women in tech and entrepreneurship. The energy was contagious, and the turnout was great. From candid shots to group photos, I captured the dynamic atmosphere of the event, filled with passionate and enthusiastic individuals.

The Value of Event Photography
Event photography captures more than moments; it tells an organization’s story, showcasing its mission and community. At this event, I focused on capturing genuine interactions and the vibrant energy that embody what Women in Tech & Entrepreneurship represents—empowerment, connection, and growth.
For professional organizations, high-quality event photography serves as a powerful tool for brand storytelling. Gear I Used
For this event, I used a combination of the iPhone 15 Pro and Canon EOS 5D Mark III with a Canon EF 24-105mm f/4L IS II USM Lens. The iPhone 15 Pro was ideal for capturing quick, candid moments due to its portability, speed, and advanced 48MP sensor. Its ProRAW mode and AI-enhanced computational photography allowed me to adjust for lighting conditions and capture high-quality images instantly. With excellent low-light performance and image stabilization, the iPhone excelled at spontaneous shots, making it perfect for fast-paced event photography. I used the Canon EOS 5D Mark III for zoomed-in shots and detailed close-ups, delivering superior image quality with its full-frame sensor. Paired with the Canon EF 24-105mm lens, it captured high-resolution images from a distance, providing precision and depth control. This setup complemented the iPhone’s agility, allowing me to cover the event comprehensively with a balance of mobile efficiency and professional detail.
I also integrated AI tools into my workflow to enhance the photography process. AI helped streamline editing, improving the speed at which I could deliver high-quality images. This technology not only boosts efficiency but ensures that every image reflects the event’s true energy and importance.
