Dan Keebler was seeking a simple headshot for his LinkedIn profile, but what began as a straightforward photo shoot turned into a great conversation. During our session in his old neighborhood of Butcher’s Hill, Baltimore, I captured Dan in a relaxed and natural state, using available light to create a warm and authentic feel. The result is a headshot that reflects his true character and ease.

“When all was said and done, I felt like I had been in a shoot for GQ.”
Working with Jiho was a great experience and I could not be happier with his work. I contacted Jiho in the middle of a job search to update my professional headshots. As someone who doesn’t like to pose for photos, I was a little nervous. As first we took some traditional shots indoors that I would have been happy with, but Jiho observed they didn’t adequately capture my energy or personality.
He suggested we take advantage of a brief change in weather outside that provided good lighting. I was surprised to find that within minutes, he had me working the camera, and expressing myself in a way that was representative of me. When all was said and done, I felt like I had been in a shoot for GQ. In the midst of all these action shots I still got superb headshots, and of course, I also got the job.
