Jisoo Kim has played significant roles in several productions. These include De Bretigny in Massenet’s Manon, Gendarme in Poulenc’s Les Mamelles de Tiresias, and L’horloge de comtoise in Ravel’s L’enfant et les Sortileges. Recently, he portrayed John Proctor in Robert Ward’s The Crucible. All of these performances were with Peabody Opera Theatre. These headshots reflect the versatility and depth that Jisoo brings to each performance. They capture his strong stage presence and dynamic energy.

A Versatile Performer with Acclaimed Achievements

Jisoo’s achievements extend beyond his opera roles. He won 1st prize and the Grand Prix at the Yokohama International Music Competition. He has also been a Bass soloist for Beethoven’s Mass in C Major with the Peabody Concert Orchestra and Peabody-Hopkins Chorus. Additionally, as a member of the Concert Artists of Baltimore, a professional choir led by the renowned conductor Edward Polochick, Jisoo continues to expand his musical reach.
