For over eight years, I’ve worked closely with Brady and Pamela Budd, previous owners of Red Rock Motel in Page, Arizona. They aimed to create a unique, family-run lodging experience in the heart of the Grand Circle. My job was to help them bring that vision to life through photography, web development, and SEO.
Together, we focused on improving their online presence. Through photography, site updates, and SEO, we highlighted the motel’s charm and quickly boosted it to the first page of search results. Our consistent efforts grew Red Rock Motel’s visibility, showing guests what makes it special.
About Red Rock Motel: Your Cozy Stay in Historic Page, Arizona
Located at 114 8th Avenue in downtown Page, Red Rock Motel offers a peaceful, family-run retreat. Built in 1958 to house Glen Canyon Dam workers, this remodeled motel maintains its old-school charm. Today, it’s one of the “The Street of Little Motels,” a unique slice of Page history.
The motel features 15 single-level rooms, including one-bedroom units and two-bedroom apartments. Many rooms feature fully equipped kitchens with utensils, cookware, and charcoal grills, ideal for guests wanting to save money by preparing their own meals. All rooms include private patios, bathrooms, and Queen-size beds, providing a cozy, comfortable stay after a day of exploring.
Located near Lake Powell, Antelope Canyon, and Horseshoe Bend, Red Rock Motel offers an affordable and charming option for budget-conscious travelers. Its family-run atmosphere offers a personal touch that large hotels can’t match. Brady and Pamela’s hospitality makes every stay feel like a homecoming.
The Value of Consistent Collaboration
Working with Red Rock Motel for eight years has shown me the power of long-term collaboration. A consistent partnership allows you to fully understand a business’s needs, values, and target audience. By regularly updating their website, capturing fresh seasonal photos, and staying current with SEO trends, we kept their online presence relevant and engaging.
For Brady and Pamela, this meant they could focus on running their motel and offering exceptional service. Meanwhile, I handled the technical side—improving their search rankings and refining the site based on their evolving needs. This ongoing collaboration helped Red Rock Motel stay ahead in a competitive market.
Continuous improvement also benefits creativity. Each project pushed me to enhance my skills in photography and web design. As Red Rock Motel grew, I grew too, making our partnership a win-win.
