Photographing a wedding rehearsal is always a special experience, and Katie and Justin’s event on Kent Island was no exception. After photographing Katie’s bridal shower, I was thrilled to be asked to document another milestone in their journey together. The wedding rehearsal took place on a cool, refreshing day, perfect for an outdoor celebration on Maryland’s Eastern Shore.

Photographing this wedding rehearsal was a joy from start to finish. The event was filled with love, laughter, and anticipation as Katie and Justin prepared for their big day. Using my Canon EOS 7D, along with the EF 16-35mm f/2.8L II USM and EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS II USM lenses, I captured a variety of shots, from wide-angle views of the rehearsal setting to intimate close-ups of the couple and their loved ones. Every moment was worth preserving, as it reflected the couple’s excitement and the support of their family and friends.
